What You Can Expect

Elite-Level Training Environment

All sessions will take place at the Co-operators Centre, using both Peak Hockey & Fitness and Co-operators Center Arena — allowing a seamless transition between ice and gym within a single 2.5-hour training session.

This ensures:

  • Maximum training efficiency and effectiveness
  • Quality over quantity — bigger gains
  • Proper recovery and preparation daily

Consistent Routine

Daily training times remain consistent throughout the week, providing athletes the structure and balance needed for optimal development and recovery.
